I actually really liked the gift shop after our visit. It had a nice mix of puzzles, funny illusion-type stuff, and little gifts that weren’t ridiculously expensive, which I always appreciate. I found a few things for my kids, i probably could’ve bought more if I didn’t stop myself. It’s one of those fun little shops where you keep picking things up like, “Okay, this is kind of cool,” you know?

Not gonna lie, I was really glad the accessibility info was so easy to find on the site. Everything loaded fine on my phone, and the details were clear without me having to dig around forever. It made planning way less stressful. It might seem like a small thing, but when you need to check access before going somewhere, it really matters.

We went on a weekday afternoon, which I think made all the difference. It wasn't empty or anything, like there were still people around, but it never felt packed. No long lines, no awkward hovering while waiting to take photos, just kind of an easy visit. i feel like crowds can make or break a place, and this made it way more enjoyable. Anyway, glad we picked that time to go. 5 stars for the relaxed vibe.

I spent about an hour with it and had a really fun time. Didn’t expect to get into it that much, but it was easy to jump in and kept me entertained the whole tiem.

I went with my partner and, i do think it was worth the money. It’s not a massive place or anything, so don’t go in expecting to spend half a day there, but if you take your time instead of rushing from room to room, you can definitely get plenty out of it. We ended up taking loads of silly and funny pictures, which was basically the whole point for us, and it made the visit feel more fun than I expected. Some of the rooms are definitely better than others, just being honest. A few have more going on and make for better photos straight away, while some of the simpler ones take a bit more effort to figure out how to pose or what angle works best. But even those were still fun because we were just messing around and trying different things. The staff were also really nice and helped us with a few photo angles, which I appreciated because sometimes you can’t really tell what looks good until someone points it out. For the price, it felt fair to me. We left happy, had a laugh, and got some good pictures out of it. I’d say it’s a good little spot if you want something a bit different to do for an hour or so, especially if you’re going with someone who’s happy to be a bit goofy and not take the photos too seriously.

My kids really enjoyed it, which is always the biggest test for me. It kept them happy and entertained, so I’d say it was definitely worth getting.

The illusions were super good, some of them actually messed with my head in the best way. I wasn’t expecting to be that surprised, but a few really stuck with me. I’d definitely recommend it, and if there’s any kind of compensation or credit for sharing feedback, I wouldn’t say no

They helped us out right away and it felt like such a huge relief. We were stressed and kind of panicking, and they came through so fast it felt like they saved the whole day. Seriously grateful!

I went with my sister and we took way more pics than we thought we would. Every room had some kind of weird angle or illusion that looked really cool on camera. The staff even helped us get a few good shots too. Definately a fun place if you’re into silly photos and just messing around.

Just a heads up, this place is really comfortable to walk around in. It was nice and cool inside, not too crowded, and way more relaxing than we expected. We only meant to stop by for a bit, but ended up hanging around much longer than planned.

I was checking the site on my phone while trying to plan a visit, i was expecting to bounce around a bit to find the basics. But it was easy to get my bearings. Tickets, locations, and opening hours were all in places that made sense, and the menu didn’t make me feel like I had to solve a puzzle just to book something.
The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is that a few details felt a little scattered, so I did end up scrolling more than I thought I would. Still, the overall experience was smooth, the pages loaded fine, and by the time I finished booking, I wasn’t frustrated or confused.

I thought the tickets were fairly priced. I don’t really get why anyone would make a big deal about the cost, because for what you get, it seemed reasonable to me.

Had a great time here, honestly. There were so many fun exhibits to check out and I dont think I got bored even once. I kept wandering around thinking I'd be done soon, but nope, there was always something else to see lol

Everything was spotless when I was there, even the bathrooms, which is usually where you can really tell if a place cares or not. I know that sounds like a weird thing to notice, but clean bathrooms always stick in my mind for some reason. Anyway, the whole place just felt really well taken care of, and I appreciated that.

I went with a group of friends we had such a blast. Some of the rooms were a little simple, but they were still really fun, and we couldn’t stop laughing while trying to get the perfect photos. It’s definitely not boring, and I feel like people of all ages could enjoy it. I’d happily go again if I’m in the area!

Before I booked my tickets, I wanted to double-check the refund rules just in case something came up. I was glad the policy was easy to find and actually clear, without a bunch of confusing wording. It told me what I needed to know and what steps to take if I ever needed a refund. That made me feel a lot more comfortable buying the tickets, so I’m happy to give it 5 stars.

I grabbed tickets on museumofillusions at the last minute, and honestly?? It was way easier than I expected!! The dates and times were really clear, checkout was quick, and I got the confirmation email right away!!! No weird issues or delays, which I definitely appreciated. Would totally use it again!!

Check-in was easy too, and I think we were inside in maybe 10 minutes or so. It was a nice surprise and made the whole visit feel a lot less stressful.

I went last weekend, and I was kind of expecting something to be off because that usually seems to happen whenever I go to places like this. But everything was actually clean and working, which was a nice surprise. The illusion rooms were well kept, no broken props or dusty corners like I’ve had to deal with at other spots. I even saw staff wiping fingerprints off the mirrors, which made me feel like they actually cared. It was nice to just enjoy the visit for once without feeling like I wasted my money

Went here with my kids and we all had a good time. Some of the rooms were defintely more fun than others, but I liked that it actually explained how your eyes and brain can get tricked. It’s not a huge museum or anything, but it’s a nice way to learn stuff without it feeling boring. I’d give it 4 stars
